2026 Counselor Application

Counselor Training Day:  June 20th
Session I:  June 21st - 23rd
Session II:  June 24th - June 26th

Applications are being accepted from high school and college students for our 2026 summer orchestra camp. The 3 day-2 night camp sessions take place at Camp Whitcomb-Mason in Hartland, Wisconsin (just outside of Milwaukee).  Counselor responsibilities include leading sectionals, teaching songs by rote, assisting the music staff during orchestra rehearsals, mentoring 4th-6th grade students, and serving as dormitory room counselors.

 

We ask that as a counselor, you are not only an accomplished string player, but also you should possess characteristics such as patience, friendliness, humor, and a solid work ethic. Counselors are provided with free room and board in addition to a small stipend.
